GETALINE had already unfolded their potential as an internet and home phone provider. They knew how to provide each Cyta client with the best-fit broadband and phone deal. And yet, despite the website’s decent looks, it failed to reveal its true potential as the greatest online Cyta provider.
Website Redesign kick-started sales?
Not exactly. The strong boost was due to the AdWords campaign passing over to Netstudio. With the same budget spent before, GETALINE saw their conversions double.
The Google AdWords certification is a lot more than an honorary title for Netstudio: GETALINE readily saw the difference in visits, clicks and online applications for telephone connections. The new dynamics were more in line with the telco’s growth plans. And so we were asked for the next project:
The Upgrade from WordPress to Drupal
The telco guys didn’t take long to pick up the message: An online store’s success has less to do with its looks and more with its personality: A truly friendly telco website needs to be WORKABLE, readily adaptable. Drupal is a flexible open-source platform. All it asks of its close friends, the developers, is some quality time together, so when a client’s website calls for a solution, they don’t go “search me”.

With so many e-commerce websites under our belt, migrating GETALINE from WordPress to the Drupal e-commerce platform, and upgrading in order to embed Cyta mobile services went smoothly.
At a glimpse, even the most demanding Getaline user/lead can get comparative info and package deals satisfying their particular needs in home phone, cellular, TV and internet.
As the needs of the clients/subscribers develop, the website upgrades accordingly. This is enhanced by a progressively more effective AdWords campaign.
